From Dream to Dish: Siva’s Culinary Journey

In 2009, Siva arrived in the U.S. as an immigrant with little more than a dream and a deep love for food. What started as a humble hustle soon turned into a passion project — building a space where community, culture, and cuisine could come together

Humble Beginnings, Bold Vision

With hard work and perseverance, Siva opened the doors to his first restaurant. It wasn’t easy. He learned every corner of the business from the ground up — from prepping in the kitchen to managing vendors, taking care of customers, and fighting to be seen in a crowded market.

Over the years, the restaurant has grown into more than just a place to eat. It’s become a gathering spot for locals, a bridge between cultures, and a reflection of Siva’s journey — one fueled by resilience, pride, and flavor.
